Keep writing in Outlook, Thunderbird or on your phone. Just switch the outgoing server to MailHub, which is a single setting in your account. Your email goes out during the recipient's working hours, in their time zone. Write to Berlin at 11 pm and it arrives at 9 am their time. It still leaves from your own mailbox through your own provider, so your address, signature and sent items stay exactly as they are.

Frequently asked questions

Is the demo really free?+

Yes, free and without obligation. We only use the public content of your website, no mailbox access. The report usually arrives within an hour and stays available for 60 days.

Do I have to set anything up myself?+

No. Once you open the trial, we carry over what the assistant learned in the demo, connect your mailbox and tune the rules — remotely, on a turnkey basis. You just give us secure access to the mailbox.

How fast will the AI start answering?+

Once your mailbox is connected and the knowledge base is built — typically within a few days. After that, customers get answers within minutes, 24/7.

Do I need to buy an Eloquens AI licence separately?+

No. You open a free 30-day trial at eloquens.ai yourself. After the trial we move your account under our partner account and invoice the Eloquens licence ourselves at list prices — no separate purchase. Our work is billed separately by the hour. We are an authorized Eloquens.ai partner.

What does the implementation include?+

Scope is agreed individually. It typically covers: connecting your mailbox (M365 / Gmail / IMAP), a knowledge base built from your website, documents and past emails, AI rules (which emails the AI answers itself and which it hands to a person), system integrations and staff training. Price depends on the scope of work.

Which email providers do you support?+

Eloquens connects natively to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) and Kerio Connect — via OAuth 2.0. On top of that we add our own layer for any other IMAP/SMTP server (App Password), which Eloquens doesn't cover natively.

How long until the AI is live?+

We build the knowledge base from your history first — a few hours for standard mailboxes, 1–2 days for large ones (10,000+ emails). Typical go-live is 1–3 days, and we do the setup for you the whole way.

Is my data secure?+

Yes. Microsoft 365 and Google connect via OAuth 2.0 — we never need or store your mailbox password. For other IMAP servers we use an app password: you send it through a one-time encrypted link and we store it AES-256 encrypted. Data is processed in the EU or US region of your Eloquens account.
