Je registrace opravdu zdarma?+

Yes. Registration is free and your account is created empty. You only pay for the Eloquens AI plan once you go live — and the account setup we do for you is part of the deal.

Musím něco sám nastavovat?+

No. Martin sets up your account on a turnkey basis — remotely, even over TeamViewer. You just hand over access to your mailbox securely, and we take it from there.

Jak rychle AI začne odpovídat?+

Once your mailbox is connected and the knowledge base is built — typically within a few days. After that, replies go out within 5 minutes, 24/7.

Musím kupovat licenci Eloquens AI zvlášť?+

No — the Eloquens AI licence is included in your Wolf plan. One invoice, no separate purchase. You register for free, we set the account up, and you pay only once the AI runs for you. We handle the reseller side as an authorized Eloquens.ai partner.

Co zahrnuje implementace?+

Rozsah implementace je dohodou. Typicky zahrnuje: migraci emailů z M365 / Gmail / IMAP, nastavení AI persony a pravidel (gatekeeper, orchestrátor, response rules), systémové integrace, průběžnou synchronizaci emailů a školení obsluhy. Cena odpovídá rozsahu prací.

Which email providers do you support?+

Eloquens connects natively to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) and Kerio Connect — via OAuth 2.0. On top of that we add our own layer for any other IMAP/SMTP server (App Password), which Eloquens doesn't cover natively.

How long until the AI is live?+

We build the knowledge base from your history first — a few hours for standard mailboxes, 1–2 days for large ones (10,000+ emails). Typical go-live is 1–3 days, and we do the setup for you the whole way.

Jsou moje data během migrace v bezpečí?+

Rozhodně ano. Přístupy zadáváte přes jednorázový šifrovaný odkaz, ukládají se šifrované AES-256 a u Microsoftu/Googlu používáme delegovaný přístup OAuth 2.0 — hesla nikdy neukládáme. Data jsou zpracovávána v GDPR kompatibilních EU nebo US regionech.
